Conference passes for partners, children and guests
Coming to New Zealand is a big journey and many of you will be travelling as a couple or perhaps even a whole family group.
For those of you who live nearby, it’s possible that you have someone who might like to see you up on stage. Here’s your chance!
Speakers are eligible to reserve extra passes for guests:
First, there’s the +1 pass. This grants access to the shared spaces within the conference venue, as well as access to the room that you’re talk’s being held during your session.
Also, you’re very welcome to request that your children get a printed conference badge. These will be labelled as VIP passes. As all VIPs must have an entourage, we request that parental supervision. We cannot provide child care.
And in addition, each speaker is welcome to 5 session passes that will grant guests access to the session where your talk’s being held. If you’re a local and have wanted to be able to share .
Please email <speak@rustforgeconf.com> to take up this offer.

Session Chairs and other volunteers needed
Session Chairs are instrumental in welcoming speakers to the stage, settling those last minute nerves and keeping the even to time. Would you be interested in helping run a session? Each session is 2 or 3 talks long.
There are also lots of other ways to help, such as timekeeping, . If you’re interested in volunteering and you haven’t already said so, please reply to this email or send one to <hello@rustforgeconf.com>.
